PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION

TZ Limited ( TZL and the Company ) is pleased to confirm that its wholly owned subsidiary, Telezygology, Inc. ( TZI ) has entered into a Purchase Agreement with a global US technology corporation that provides commercial terms and a pricing framework for the supply of TZ Smart Locker hardware, the licensing of TZ Software and the provision of TZ annual maintenance services to the corporation and its subsidiaries.

The Agreement follows TZ’s update in November 2017 that confirmed approval had been received from their Global Security Division for integration of the TZ platform with their HR and Security systems. The Agreement has an indefinite term with provision for annual price increases.

Although the Agreement does not commit to purchase volumes, the Directors believe that the Agreement will facilitate broader adoption of TZ Smart Locker solutions within the corporation and across its subsidiaries. In the last 18 months to December 2017, TZI has supplied over A$5.6M in Smart Locker sales to this corporation.

Due to non-disclosure obligations, TZI is restricted from identifying the name of the corporation.
