EXTENSION OF TERM OF LOAN FACILITY

TZ Limited (“ TZ ” or the “ Company ”) ( ASX Code: TZL ) is pleased to announce today that the Company has extended the maturity date of a debenture deed with First Samuel Limited (“ First Samuel ”) by six months. The original maturity date of the $3,000,000 deed was 13 December 2019 and this has been extended to 13 June 2020. This deed is part of a $7,000,000 Loan Facility with First Samuel.

$4,000,000 of the Loan Facility matures on 5 May 2020 and $3,000,000 will now mature on 13 June 2020.

The Loan Facility is secured by a first ranking security interest over the assets of the Company and its subsidiaries. The Company currently has no indebtedness under any other loan facilities. There are no loan covenants in respect of the loan facility.
