DESPATCH OF RIGHTS ISSUE OFFER DOCUMENT

TZ Limited (the “ Company ”) has today despatched the rights issue offer document and personalized entitlement and acceptance forms to eligible shareholders.

The rights issue offer document, which was released on ASX on Friday, 6 October 2017, contains information in relation to the Company's fully underwritten pro rata 2 for 5 non-renounceable entitlement offer (" Offer ").

The Offer will close at 5.00 pm (Sydney time) on Wednesday, 25 October 2017.

Only eligible shareholders in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore and the United Kingdom may participate in the Offer. The eligibility criteria for the Offer are set out in the rights issue offer document.
