UPDATE: PARTICIPATION IN RIGHTS ISSUE BY SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDERS

TZ Limited (the “ Company ”) provides the following update on the participation of its substantial shareholders in the rights issue that closes at 5.00 pm (Sydney time) on 1 November 2017:

• (a) SG Hiscock & Company Limited has advised the Company that it has elected to take up all its rights under the rights issue; and

• (b) QVT Fund LP and Quintessence Fund L.P. have advised the Company that they do not intend to take up any of their rights under the rights issue.

The Company provides this update as a result of the previous verbal advices received from those substantial shareholders and which are referred to on page 19 of the offer booklet for the rights issue which has been dispatched to shareholders.
