New Supply Contract with Logistics and Transportation Corporation

Under the Master Supply Agreement with the Logistics and Transportation Corporation announced by TZ Limited (“ TZL ”, the “ Company ”) on 28[th] May 2014, the Company is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary Telezygology, Inc. (“ TZI ”) has received a new work order from the customer for the on-going supply of Parcel Lockers to the US market.

The supply contract is material for the Company covering the manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of 300 Locker Banks over the next seven months.

Given the volume and timeframes involved this represents a substantial undertaking for the Company with approximately 60% of the revenue expected to be able to be booked by 30 June 2016. The balance will be booked in the first 6 months of the 2016/2017 financial year. In addition, the order also provides for service revenue on a "fee-for-service" basis and on-going maintenance revenue after the end of the 12 month warranty period.

“This order and the recently announced supply contract with Singapore Post will effectively more than triple our current installed base of Postal and Logistics Lockers within the next 12 months from 160 Locker Banks to over 500 Locker Banks” said Kenneth Ting, Executive Director of TZ Limited. “Our ability to win business like this goes a long way towards ensuring that our revenue growth ambitions can continue to be sustained.”
