TRADING HALT

The securities of TZ Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 20 February 2012 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TZ Limited (ASX Code: TZL) requests a trading halt to be placed on the Company's securities, effective immediately, and provides the following information:

1. The Company makes the request pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising;

2. The trading halt is to last until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement on the capital raising or the commencement of trading on Monday 20 February 2012; and

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be placed.
