TZ Limited (the “Company” ) refers to its announcement on 19 Septemb e r 2012 announcing that it has lodged a prospect u s for its proposed 1 for 3 renounceable righ t s issue at 10 cents per share (together with 1 a ttaching new option for every 2 new shar e s issued), to raise approximately $4.6 million.

The Company advises that the record date for entitlements under th e rights issue has changed from 7.00 pm o n Thursday, 27 September 2012 to 7. 0 0 pm on Friday, 28 September 2012 and that trading in the entitlements will commence on 24 September 2012 rather th a n on 21 September 2012.
