TRADING HALT
The securities of TZ Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in pre-open at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in pre-open until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 28 June 2010 or when the announcement is released to the market.

RE: REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
By this letter, TZ Limited (the “Company” ) requests that ASX grant a halt on trading in the Company’s securities in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 in order for the Company to complete negotiations with respect to material refinancing arrangements.
It is not clear whether the Company will be in a position to make an announcement in relation to those matters on Friday, 24 June 2010 or Monday 28 June 2010. Accordingly, the Company requests that the trading halt apply until the announcement is made or until the commencement of trading on Monday, 28 June 2010, whichever is sooner.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
