Launch into Gaming Industry
The Directors of TZ Limited (the “ Company ”) are pleased to advise that its wholly owned subsidiary, Telezygology, Inc. ( “TZI” ), has entered into formal negotiations to finalize a Heads of Agreement with Gaming Support BV (“ Gaming Support ”) that will support the commercialization of the Company’s technology into the gaming industry. There are estimated to be over 7,500 casinos and many more times that number of slot parlors globally (also known as arcades).
Gaming Support is a pre-eminent supplier of products and services to the international gaming and amusement industries. Based in The Netherlands and supplying operators and gaming manufacturers located throughout Africa, Australia, Europe and The Americas, Gaming Support is uniquely positioned to assist TZ with the technological development, marketing and sale of its products within the gaming vertical.

Under the proposed collaborative agreement, which is still subject to negotiation, Gaming Support will invest in the development of a multi-application demonstration display for the gaming industry based on application insights that will ensure that the technology delivers strong and compelling propositions to all casino operators. The display will be showcased to the world gaming industry at the International Casino Expo in London in January 2011.
