APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN

TZ Limited (“ TZ ” or the “ Company ”) ( ASX Code: TZL ) announces that Mr Peter Graham has been appointed as the new Chairman of TZ to replace Mr Graham Lenzner when he retires by rotation as Chairman and Non-Executive Director at the completion of the 2019 Annual General Meeting on 29 November 2019.

Mr Graham was appointed to the board of directors of TZ on 1 October 2019.

The Board would like to express their gratitude for the services of Mr. Lenzner as Director and as Chairman.
