Board Appointments

TZ Limited ( TZL and the Company ) is pleased to announce the appointment of two Independent NonExecutive Directors to its Board, Mario Vecchio and Thierry Denis. The appointments will be effective on 1 May 2018.

Mario Vecchio is an established entrepreneur with experience spanning more than 25 years in the founding, management and building of several companies in the technology industry including sectors such as networking, enterprise software, telecommunications, retail, utilities and healthcare. He also has public company experience as founder and CEO of Progility Technologies which is listed on the UK AIM exchange. Mr. Vecchio has a wealth of experience in information technology related markets, working in senior executive roles in companies such as Cisco Systems, Siemens, Juniper Networks and Dimension Data. He brings extensive skills in business management, team leadership, business analysis and managing high growth start-ups. Mr. Vecchio is currently Managing Director of Big Switch Networks Asia Pacific.

Thierry Denis has more than 20 years’ senior management experience building market leading IT solutions with global electronic payments technology leader, Ingenico. Over his distinguished career at Ingenico, he has held transformative leadership roles in General Management, R&D and Software Development and in expanding the international business of Ingenico in Asia, North America and Australia and New Zealand. Mr. Denis has a strong sales and technical background and brings with him a broad executive skill set that spans M&A, product diversification, business development and marketing.
