TZL – APPOINTMENT & RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS AND SECRETARY

TZ Limited (ASX: TZL) (the “Company”) announces the following appointments and resignation, which are effective today (4 September 2017):

• John Wilson (a founder and long-time consultant to the Company) has been appointed as a Director;

• Kenneth Ting has resigned as an Executive Director and Company Secretary; and

• Craig Sowden, the Company's CFO, has been appointed as the Company Secretary.

Mr Bouris said "Kenneth Ting has tendered his resignation today to pursue other business interests. His contribution to the Company over the last 8 years has been outstanding and significant. Ken will continue to assist the Company during a two month consultancy and the Board thanks Ken for his contribution in resurrecting the Company and its businesses since he first came onto the Board in 2009.”

Today’s announcement is stage one of the restructure of the Board and management of the Company. It is expected the Company will be in a position to announce the completion of the restructuring by Monday 11 September 2017.
