TZL 2025 Annual General Meeting
TZ Limited ( ASX:TZL or the “ Company ”) announces that the Company’s Annual General Meeting (“ AGM ”) will be held virtually on Thursday, 20 November 2025.
The Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders, will contain details regarding the 2025 AGM and how to participate in the meeting. When released, the Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX website and the Company’s website at: https://tz.net.
The closing time and date for receipt of Directors nominations is 5:00pm (AEDT) on 1 October 2025.
