MRR Growth Continues

  • The Company remains on track for a 50% MRR growth this financial year

  • Existing customers delivering positive feedback on the Migration to TZ Cloud

  • The company has set September 2023 as end of life (EOL) for all existing perpetual software license customers.

  • Migrating these existing perpetual license customers to TZ’s Cloud SaaS model provides opportunity for material growth in MRR.

Software Modernisation (TZx)

  • TZ’s software modernisation continues building a new architecture for the core code and migrating 8 forks of software into a single fully integrated fork.

  • This modernisation is using the latest software tools and technologies, including machine learning, AI, low code and no-code tools.

  • • The first version of our next-gen software (called TZx) will be available in March of next year, with a number of existing customers betatesting the software starting in January 2023.

  • Core functionally included in TZx will be a fully headless system with kiosk functionality in the cloud. Also included will be the virtualisation of the exchange point, where each individual locker door can be configured on the fly for all use cases, including package delivery and pickup, personal storage, and Ecommerce click and collect all within the one system.

Transformation

  • The company is approximately 50% through its transformation program to migrate from a hardware company to a software company.

  • • OPeL shipping in January is a platform based on industry-standard commodity hardware for metal lockers.

  • OPeL 2, coming in April, will be our industry-standard commodity hardware system for all our laminate locker systems.

Operational Efficiency

  • As TZ rolls out OPeL 1 & 2, the benefits in support, implementation and deployment cost will reduce materially.

  • As TZx begins to be deployed, this will also materially reduce our software support and deployment costs through the Automation technologies that we have developed within the platform.

  • Continued automation of in-house IT systems. The progress in the last quarter included real-time financial visibility of project status and costs, real-time visibility of forecasted recognised revenue, and automated quote-to-purchase order systems. All these functional systems continue to improve the efficiency and decision-making of the staff and management team.

Ricoh Partnership

  • The partnership with Ricoh provided encouraging validation of TZ Cloud as a world-class logistics software. Growth in this partnership is expected to continue as TZ and Ricoh go to market globally with joint bids, with already a number of wins under the new partnership. TZ will continue to invest in the relationship with Ricoh to expand their expertise of our products and support them in key geographies.
