Change to Date of Annual General Meeting

In accordance with ASIC Corporations (Extension of Time to Hold AGMs) Instrument 2021/770, which provides companies with a 30 June year end an additional two months to hold their Annual General Meetings (AGMs), TZ Limited (the ‘Company’) (ASX: TZL) announces that it is delaying the date of its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The Company will now hold its AGM at 10am on 27 January 2021 at the Company’s offices at Level 2, 40 Gloucester Street, The Rocks, NSW 2000.

This ASX announcement has been approved by the board of directors.
