Share dealings by Tyman plc Employees' Benefit Trust ("EBT")

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, was notified on 19 March 2019 by Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made transfers of 852,305 Tyman shares to holders of awards vesting on 18 March 2019, under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") and the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "DSBP").

Tyman also received notification from the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made purchases of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company. The EBT purchased 431,314 Tyman shares on 19 March 2019 at a price of £2.52 per share.

Following the transactions described above, the EBT now holds 1,056,613 Ordinary Shares representing 0.54 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital, being 196,232,876 Ordinary Shares.
