("Tyman" or the "Company or the "Group")

Tyman, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, announces that it has today issued 17,758,620 ordinary shares in the Company with a nominal value of £0.05.

These shares are fully paid and rank pari passu in all respects with existing ordinary shares in Tyman.  For further details regarding the allotment of these shares, please see the Accelerated Book Build announcement made by Tyman on 7 March 2018.

As at 13 March 2018 the Company's issued share capital consists of 196,341,133 shares of which 529,183 are held in Treasury.

The total voting rights in Tyman of 195,811,950 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
