2023 Annual Report & Accounts and 2024 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM")

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of engineered components and access solutions to the construction industry, announces that, further to the release of the Group's preliminary results announcement on 7 March 2024, its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("2023 Annual Report") and the Notice of 2024 AGM ("Notice of Meeting"), which will be held on 16 May 2024, have been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders today.

In accordance with LR 9.6.1R, electronic copies of each of these documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism via the Electronic Submission System and will shortly be available for inspection in full unedited text at  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

The 2023 Annual Report and Notice of Meeting may also be viewed on the Group's website at  www.tymanplc.com .

The 2023 Annual Report is provided in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule (DTR) 6.3.5R, which requires it to be communicated to the media. This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 6.3.5R(1A).
