("Tyman" or the "Group" or the "Company")

This is a correction to the announcement released on 25 September due to small errors in the number of Awards over Ordinary Shares.

2015 Sharesave Plan Awards

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of components to the door and window industry, announces that on 24 September 2015 ("Award Date") the Company granted share awards ("2015 Awards") under the Tyman Sharesave Plan ("UK ESSP") and under the Tyman US Sharesave Plan ("US ESSP"), in the form of options over ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

2015 Awards have been granted to 208 employees of the Company under the UK ESSP and the US ESSP at an exercise price ranging from £2.7612 to £2.7730 over a total of 175,750 Ordinary Shares. 

Vesting of 2015 Awards

Vesting of 2015 Awards granted under the UK ESSP will be on 1 November 2018 and under the US ESSP will be 1 November 2016.
