Share dealings by Tyman plc Employees' Benefit Trust ("EBT")

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, was notified on 20 March 2019 by Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made purchases of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company. The EBT purchased 353,414 Tyman shares on 20 March 2019 at a price of £2.54418 per share.

Following the purchase described above, the EBT now holds 1,410,027 Ordinary Shares representing 0.72 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital, being 196,232,876 Ordinary Shares.
