Share dealings by Tyman plc Employees' Benefit Trust ("EBT")

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, was notified on 10 March 2017 by Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made transfers of 458,016 Tyman shares to holders of awards vesting on 9 March 2016, under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") and the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "DSBP").

Tyman also received notification from the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made purchases of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company. The EBT purchased 267,752 shares on 9 March 2017 at a price of £3.14 per share.

Following the transactions described above, the EBT now holds 799,516 Ordinary Shares representing 0.45 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital, being 178,040,699 Ordinary Shares.
