Share dealings by Tyman plc Employees' Benefit Trust ("EBT")

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of components to the door and window industry, was notified on 25 March 2014 by Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made transfers of Tyman shares to award holders of awards vesting on 24 March 2014, under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP").

Tyman also received notification from the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made purchases of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company.

Following the transactions described above, the EBT now holds 1,647,010 Ordinary Shares representing 0.97 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital, being 169,552,950 Ordinary Shares.
