Share dealings by Tyman plc Employees' Benefit Trust ("EBT")

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of components to the door and window industry, was notified on 12 March 2015 by Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made transfers of 1,152,168 Tyman shares to award holders of awards vesting on 11 March 2015, under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") and the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the "DSBP").

Tyman also received notification from the Trustee of the EBT, that the EBT had made purchases of ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company. The EBT purchased 839,490 at an average selling price of £3.132 per share.

Following the transactions described above, the EBT now holds 1,284,116 Ordinary Shares representing 0.76 per cent. of the Company's voting share capital, being 169,562,571 Ordinary Shares.
