Total Voting Rights and Treasury Shares

Tyman announces that on 16 November 2021 it transferred 42,709 shares in Tyman plc to participants of the Tyman US Sharesave Plan.  These shares were previously held as Treasury shares.  Tyman now holds 478,714 shares in Treasury. The voting rights of Treasury shares are automatically suspended.

Tyman has 196,762,059 ordinary shares in issue (including shares in Treasury).

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Tyman is 196,283,345 and may be used by its shareholders as the Total Voting Rights denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Tyman under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
