Board Changes

Tyman, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, is pleased to confirm that, as previously announced on 25 April 2019, Jason Ashton has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Tyman plc with effect from the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today.

James Brotherton stepped down from the Board as Chief Financial Officer of Tyman at the end of the AGM and will remain with the Company for a period of time to ensure a smooth handover to Jason Ashton.  Details of remuneration arrangements in respect of James' departure may be found on the Group's website at www.tymanplc.com.
