Tyman plc ("Tyman" or the "Group"), a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, is pleased to confirm that, as previously announced on 20 November 2018, Jo Hallas has today been appointed Chief Executive and a Director of Tyman plc.

Louis Eperjesi has today stepped down from the Board as CEO of Tyman and leaves the Group on 30 June 2019. Details of remuneration arrangements in respect of Louis' departure may be found on the Group's website at www.tymanplc.com.
