Tyman, a leading international supplier of engineered components to the door and window industry, notes that, in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules, Martin Towers, Non-executive Chairman of Tyman plc, has been appointed a Non-executive Director of Restore plc with effect from 1 September 2017.

In accordance with paragraphs 9.6.11-13 of the Listing Rules there are no further details to be disclosed.
