Result of Annual General Meeting

Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of components to the door and window industry, is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting held on 15 May 2015, were duly passed on a show of hands.

A poll was not taken on any of the resolutions proposed, however details of the proxy votes received in respect of each of the resolutions are set out below:
