Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 1, 2018, Tyler Technologies, Inc. adopted Financial Accounting Standards Board ("FASB") Accounting Standards Update ("ASU") 2014-09, Revenue from Contracts with Customers (Topic 606) ("ASU 2014-09"), using the full retrospective method of transition, which requires that the standard be applied to all periods presented. Adoption of ASU 2016-09 did not materially impact our total revenues for 2017 and 2016 and it had no impact on net cash provided by or used in operating, investing or financing activities.
