It is announced that a group of institutional investors representing 4.93% of the share capital has submitted a proposal for the appointment of a member of the Board of Directors as per point 2 of the agenda of the ordinary shareholders' meeting to be held on 13 September 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in a single call. The documentation, including the appointment proposal, the curriculum vitae and the declaration of compliance with the requirements provided for by the current legislation on professionalism, integrity and independence has been made available to the public at the Company's registered office in Milan, via Frigia 27, on the Company's website at www.txtgroup.com, and on the Emarket Storage mechanism at .
