Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On July 2, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing that Twin Disc NL Holding, B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has completed the €52.1 million (approximately $60.8 million) acquisition of Veth Propulsion Holding, B.V. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
