Issue of equity

Further to the announcements of the 4th and 5th July, the issue of 750,000 and 250,000 new ordinary redeemable shares of 1p each were for cash under Placing Programme (as described in the Company's prospectus, dated 19 February 2013). Admission of 750,000 new ordinary redeemable shares is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 9 July 2013 and admission of 250,000 new ordinary redeemable shares is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 10 July 2013.
