NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the second Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL on 23 September 2015 at 9.30am.

The Notice together with the Report and Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2015 (the “Accounts”) has been dispatched to shareholders.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, a copy of the Notice and Accounts has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
