Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 25[th] May, 2021, at Madurai, inter alia, to

i) consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company and ii) consider and recommend the dividend, if any

for the financial year ended 31[st] March, 2021

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by the designated persons, the trading window of the Company has already been closed from 1[st] April, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31[st] March, 2021.
