Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) 2015 (“Listing Regulations”)

In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable laws, it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, i.e., January 17, 2026, has approved capital investment upto Rs.210.00 Crores at the manufacturing unit located at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, towards capacity addition to the existing capacity at Unit -2.

The details required under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are furnished in Annexure 1.
