The Company hereby informs about the demise of Mr. M S Viraraghavan, Independent Director of the Company.
The Company received this information today from a close family member of Mr. M S Viraraghavan.
Mr. M S Viraraghavan was appointed as a Director of the Company effective from 2[nd] June 1982. His unexpected demise is an immense loss to all of us. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family members and the loved ones.
The details required under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are furnished in Annexure A .
