Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held 'on Tuesday, 10th March, 2020, to consider and declare an interim dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31st March, 2020

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Record date for the purpose of payment interim dividend, if declared, will be 18th March, 2020.

The rate, date of payment of interim dividend, if declared, will be intimated to you immediately, after the Board Meeting.

In view of the above, and as per the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading in Securities by the Directors, Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the Company's securities will remain closed from 4th March, 2020 to 12th March, 2020 (both days inclusive)
