Further to our earlier intimation dated 22nd May 2026 regarding the shifting of the Registered Office of the Company within the same building from 2nd Floor, Harita Towers, No. 119, St. Mary's Road, Abhiramapuram, Chennai – 600018 to 4th Floor, Harita Towers, No. 119, St. Mary's Road, Abhiramapuram, Chennai – 600018, we wish to inform that the aforesaid change has become effective from today i.e. 1st June 2026.

Accordingly, with effect from today, i.e., 1st June 2026, all communications, notices and correspondence intended for the Company shall be addressed to its Registered Office at 4th Floor, Harita Towers, No. 119, St. Mary's Road, Abhiramapuram, Chennai – 600018 and/or its Corporate Office at “Arihant E-Park”, No. 117/1, 9th Floor, L.B. Road, Adyar, Chennai – 600020.

The aforesaid change in the Registered Office of the Company has also been published in the newspapers namely Business Standard (English – all editions) and Makkal Kural (Tamil) on 1st June 2026, for the information of the stakeholders.
