On February 3, 2017, Laureen DeBuono provided notice to Turtle Beach Corporation (the “Company”) of her resignation from the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) effective as of February 3, 2017. Ms. DeBuono was serving as a member of the Audit and Nominating and Governance Committees of the Board prior to her resignation. Ms. DeBuono indicated that her decision to resign was due to an impending full-time senior executive position and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, the Company’s management or the Board.
