On March 5, 2012, Elwood G. Norris resigned as Chief Executive Officer of Parametric Sound Corporation (the “Company”) concurrently with the appointment of Kenneth F. Potashner as the Company’s Executive Chairman and principal executive officer. Mr. Norris will continue to serve as President of the Company.
