Appendix 3X – Late Lodgement of Initial Directors’ Interest Notice

South Harz Potash Limited (ASX:SHP) refers to the Appendix 3X for Lawrence Berthelet (attached).

The late lodgement of this Appendix 3X was due to an administrative oversight and the Company considers this to be an isolated incident.

When an announcement in relation to the appointment of directors is made, an Appendix 3X is typically prepared & lodged on or near the same day, however in this instance there was a delay between the notification of the appointment and the start date; and the lodgement of the App 3X, after the start date, was missed.

When the Company became aware of this oversight, immediate steps were taken to complete and lodge this form.

The Company advises that it is aware of its Listing Rules obligations in relation to these disclosures and specifically Listing Rules 3.19A and 3.19B.

The Company has arrangements with each Director to ensure that the Director promptly discloses to the Company Secretary all the information required by the ASX, to ensure that the Company and its Directors are able to meet their disclosure obligations under Listing Rules 3.19A and3.19B.

This information had been promptly disclosed and in this particular instance, the responsibility for the compiling and lodgement of the Appendix 3X was with the Company Secretary.

The Company has reviewed its procedures and considers they are adequate for ensuring timely notification.
