EXTENSION OF SHARE PURCHASE PLAN CLOSING TO 1 JULY 2020
Davenport Resources Ltd (ASX: DAV, “Davenport”, “The Company”) advises that it has resolved to extend the closing date for the Share Purchase plan ( SPP ) by 2 business days to Wednesday 1 July 2020.
Due to the SPP original closing date coinciding with the end of the financial year, the Directors consider it prudent to extend the SPP to the close of business 1 July 2020.
The SPP so far is progressing well with strong take up by our shareholders.
As announced to the ASX on 9 June 2020, the Company has invited Eligible Shareholders to subscribe for up to $30,000 of new fully paid ordinary shares in the Company at an issue price of 4c.
