Change of Company Secretary and Registered and Business Office
South Harz Potash Ltd (ASX:SHP, “South Harz Potash”, “The Company”) is pleased to advise the registered office and principal place of business have changed to:
Unit 13 6-10 Douro Place, West Perth WA 6005 Australia
Effective 1 January 2022, Graeme Smith has been appointed Company Secretary and replaces Amanda WiltonHeald who resigns as Company Secretary on the same date.
Graeme Smith is an experienced finance professional with over 30 years’ experience in accounting, corporate governance and company administration. He is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Governance Institute of Australia. The Company wishes to confirm that Graeme Smith is the person responsible for communications between the Company and the ASX.
The Board would like to thank Amanda for her invaluable contributions to the Company throughout her tenure.
