It was announced with the referred disclosure that the application has been filed with the BIST A.S. to conduct capital increase through private placement.

Shares issued by VakıfBank with a nominal value TL 2.804.557.405,78 were sold through private placement to Türkiye Wealth Fund at a share sale price of TL 11.41 per TL 1.00 nominal valued share through a wholesale transaction on BIST A.S. share market with total sales proceeds amounting TL 32,000,000,000 on March 29th, 2023.

According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
