It was announced in our disclosure that the Issuance Certificate was approved by CMB. Accordingly an application has been filed with the Borsa Istanbul A.Ş. on March 4th, 2022 through Vakıf Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. to conduct the wholesale transaction on March 9th, 2022

According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
