Reference: Public disclosure dated March 28th, 2023

It was announced with the referred disclosure that the Issuance Certificate regarding the capital increase was approved by CMB.

The aforementioned application was made to Borsa Istanbul on 28.03.2023 for the determination of the price of each share. In the letter dated 28.03.2023 from Borsa Istanbul; it is stated as of the application date, the transaction price was determined as TL 11,41 over a 20% margn of the base price determined over the weighted average prices that occurred 10 business days backwards from the last business day of the previous week.

Shares with a nominal value to be sold are currently "traded on the Stock Exchange". The afromentioned shares will be done outside the share market clearing process.

Accordingly an application has been filed with the Borsa Istanbul A.S. on March 28th, 2023 through Vakıf Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.S. to conduct the wholesale transaction on March 29th, 2023.

According to CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
