Article 6 with the title of "Capital" of the Articles of Association has been amended. This amendment was registered on April 19th, 2023 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette on April 20th, 2023. The current version of the Articles of Incorporation is enclosed herewith.

According to the CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.

Esas Sözleşmemizin "Sermaye" başlıklı 6'ncı maddesi değiştirilmiş olup söz konusu değişiklik 19.04.2023 tarihinde tescil edilmiş ve 20.04.2023 tarihli Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde yayımlanmıştır. Bankamız Esas Sözleşmesi ekte yer almaktadır.
