It was announced with referred disclosure that applications had been filed with the CMB for the approval of the amendments on the Articles of Incorporation relating to the share capital Article.

Accordingly CMB has approved amendments on the Articles of Incorporation as of March 15th, 2022. The current version of the Articles of Incorporation is enclosed herewith.

According to the CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
