İlgide kayıtlı açıklamamız ile Bankamızca farklı vadelerde, bir veya birden fazla defada, yurt içinde TL cinsinden, azami 5 yıl vadeli toplam 50.000.000.000.-TL nominal değerli ihraç tavanı dahilinde finansman bonosu ve/veya tahvili ihraç edilmesine ilişkin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na sunulan taslak Sermaye Piyasası Aracı Notu duyurulmuştu.

Bu kapsamda Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanan "Sermaye Piyasası Aracı Notu" açıklamamız ekinde yer almaktadır.

With the referred disclosure,it was announced that the 'Draft Issuer Information Document', presented to the approval of the CMB  for the issuance of bank bonds within the issuance ceiling of TL 50,000,000,000 in Turkish Lira currency with different maturities in one or more issuances an utmost maturity of 5 years.

The approval of the CMB for the "Capital Markets Instrument Note" regarding the bond issuance is enclosed herewith.

According to CMB legislation,in case ofa contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure,  the Turkish version shall prevail
