Reference: VakıfBank Public Disclosure Dated on March 31st, 2023.

It was announced with the referred disclosure that Board of Directors decided to amend the Article 6 of the VakıfBank's Article of Incorporation according to the new paid-in capital, to apply CMB and BRSA for the approval of amendment and to make the transactions of registration and announcement of capital increase following the necessary approvals.

In this context, applications were filed to the CMB on April 3rd, 2023 for the approval of the amendments to the Articles of Incorporation.

According to the CMB legislation, in case of a contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
